ElaFast is the rapid test for the quantitative determination of human pancreatic elastase (E1) in fecal samples.
It is a reliable tool for identifying patients with pancreatic dysfunction, which may be associated with Pancreatic Exocrine Insufficiency (PEI).
ElaFast specifically detects human pancreatic elastase 1 (E1) without cross-reacting with the same enzyme from other species, allowing for accurate disease monitoring, even during the patient’s pharmacological treatment.
